The machine is designed for the painting of metal parts to be placed into the drum with a heating function.

It is essentially composed of:

- Frame with support for rotating and tilting drum based on the pre-set angle - Movement system and spray gun management - Heating / drying system - Complete equipment for paint/primer feeding and filtration - Atomizing gun on a centralized base with recirculation at the top.

Technical notes:

- The heating module is located outside the cabin. The air flow is introduced exclusively into the gap between the rotating drum and the external housing fixed to the protection. This solution ensures maximum safety and temperature control functionality, providing a larger surface contact area with the drum.

- A fluid control device with volume control allows monitoring of the process to guarantee proper coating and process efficiency for each item to be produced.

- A control panel is provided for managing all machine settings.

- The addition of a mobile control panel allows for spray gun atomization control and recipe settings for the item being processed.
