Automated painting system with integrated spray booth for over-spray treatment.

Essentially comprising:

- In-line feed system with motorised module for workpiece positioning and unloading to be treated

- Internal rotary table with possibility of continuous rotation or pre-set treatment positions (step 90°)

- Upper handling module (X-Y axis interpolation) with ruggedised components and protection by bellows

- Treatment speed selection (linear mm/mt)

- Electropneumatic control unit for controlling on- off spray phases

- Stainless steel suction cabin with multi-stage filtration treatment

- Continuous monitoring of pressure and flow rate values for perfect process reproducibility with maintenance of recipe values

- Dedicated software with simplified control interface

Parts to be processed: 450 x 450 mm workpiece trays/dies (versions for differentiated processes available).
